The PTA is excited to start out the March Reading Challenge with Parents & Pastries on March 2, Read Across America Day! Come enjoy a donut with your kids and talk about your favorite books. Don’t forget to stop at the library for special extended hours at the Book Fair. We will be accepting new book donations in a basket in the library to use for prizes in the reading challenge.

If you are interested in reading a book to your child’s class, please contact their teacher to set up a time.

Edgemont’s Scholastic Book Fair Fundraiser will be:
Monday, February 28th – Thursday, March 3rd 

Monday – 8:45 am- 4:00pm
Tuesday – 8:45 am- 4:00pm
Wednesday 8:00 am- 7:00pm (extended hours for families to shop together) 
Thursday 8:45 am- 4:00pm

Students can shop at the book fair during their weekly library time. There will also be other activities if they don’t shop during library time. The book fair will be open all day for parents and families to visit. 

E-Wallet: Don’t want your students carrying cash to school? E-Wallet is a great option. You can put funds into a digital account for students to buy items at the book fair. It’s very convenient for kids to use and they don’t have to worry about losing cash at school.
